REQUIREMENTS

Our requirements include:

• Reliable transportation – Driver’s License, preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
• Must be a team player and ready to tackle any challenge
• Available for on-time early dispatch and flexible work schedules
• Must successfully pass a background investigation
• High school or GED equivalent, preferred
• Proof of vaccination preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by adhering to security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with Windfall inventory control system ( will train on windfall )
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design

PERFORMANCE GOALS:

• Ensure the Warehouse is safe, organized, and clean and complies with all OSHA standards
• Ensure that all equipment (dollies, pads, crates, lifts, etc.) are safe and in good working order
• Coordinate all activities with the Operations and Scheduling Manager for any logistics associated with each job.

• Supervision, Safety management, Developing Standards, Inventory Control, Equipment Maintenance, Judgement
