JOB TITLE: Business Development Representative/Sales Dispatch

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Management and Development of Sales and Marketing communication for all Wakefield Inc. lines of business. 
    • Maintains library of all Marketing pieces for WMS, GRRO and ARMS
    • Maintains library of all standard email and hardcopy customer communication forms
  • Responsible for Production of Proposal/Quotes received from Sales staff.
  • Assist in maintaining client information in HubSpot
    • Entry of New Leads
    • Entry of Sales Call Summaries (Form to be developed)
    • Copying of Proposal Quotes and work orders into HubSpot.
  • Maintain Excel Spreadsheets of Accounts by Salesperson
  • Assist in the Development and ongoing maintenance of the WMS website.

PERFORMANCE GOALS: 

  • Complete all Sales Proposal Quotes in a timely manner.
  • Verify the accuracy of all Proposal/Quotes with Salesperson before being sent.
    • Deena is support/backup Proposal/Quote process.
  • Learn the capabilities of HubSpot / Current CRM and become the Company expert in its use.
  • Develop new program for the use of social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn,) for WMS marketing Strategy.
  • Acquisition of New Business for all business lines including Wakefield O&I, GRRO and Record Storage
  • Manage Calendars for Salesmen and schedule appointments (Sales Dispatch )
  • Phone calls to Prospective Customers are the main responsibility of this job. This activity represents 75% of the job function.
  • Specific Client priority for phone calls will be as follows: (Client priority will change seasonally)
  • Minimum of ## phone calls per week to targeted clients split by the %’s listed above.
  • All Phone activity must be documented and recorded in HubSpot to assist in development of phone call metrics.

Goal is to create ## appointments per week as a result of direct call activity. Appointments to be recorded in HubSpot
